SMArtCARE is a disease specific database to collect real-world data from patients with spinal muscular atrophy. The platform has been developed by Prof. Janbernd Kirschner and his team at the University of Freiburg (Germany) in a joined initiative between pediatric neurologists, neurologist and patient organizations.
